Uma Srivastava of KultureCity

In this Ignite podcast we are pleased to be joined by Uma Srivastava, Executive Director of KultureCity.

KultureCity is an international nonprofit aimed to create acceptance and inclusion for those with sensory needs. Since the program’s inception, KultureCity has created over 600 sensory inclusive venues in 4 countries. Through Uma’s leadership and dedication, KultureCity was awarded one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2019 and 2020 by FastCompany.

She shares how accepting organizations are to the KultureCity mission and, once shown the human and business benefits of embracing sensory needs, the ability to train and certify staff for enlightened engagement. She also shares how important it is to be tenacious, persevere and positive in the pursuit of intelligent inclusivity
